The Regional University Track (R-GKS) under the University Track has been changed to the Embassy Track . 2. All applicants who wish to apply to Korea Maritime & Ocean University (KMOU) must apply only through the Embassy Track . (Submit your application to the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Korea in your country.) 3. The first round of screening will be conducted by the Korean diplomatic mission. There is no need to submit or send documents to the university . Applicants to the College of Maritime Sciences must submit a Seafarer's Medical Certificate separately to the university (see attached file). 4.
